You won’t find noxious fumes here (sayonara acrylic nails!) or products that contain known carcinogens, toxins or hormone disruptors. Everyone wins when things are safer. Smarter Techniques

From a basic manicure to customized treatments, we’ll make sure your hands and feet get just what they need and nothing they don’t. When a technician isn’t careful, your nails can feel like they are under attack. That’s why we’ve said, “buy bye” to over- nipping, -buffing, -trimming and harsh, nail splitting filing. Our goal is to leave you looking and feeling your best.

Waterless Services

Skipping the traditional hand/foot water soak is not only better for the duration of your manicure, but also reduces the risk of infection and helps out the environment. Did you know a traditional pedicure uses about 10 to 15 gallons of water per service? By eliminating the water soak, our single studio will save thousands of gallons of water per year and we are mighty darn proud of that.

Every Haven manicure or pedicure includes a luxurious warm towel cleanse, exfoliation, deep hydration and safer-for-you products. From there you can choose your own adventure with a selection of add-on services that provide a nourishing boost.

FIRST THINGS FIRST!

Need to get rid of existing gel on your hands or feet before your service?

Please add a Gel Removal to your appointment so we can safely and gently remove your existing gel polish. Please add a second Gel Removal service if you need both. If a removal is not prebooked, we may be unable to complete your full service.

DISCLAIMER: We do not remove any artificial nails, overlays, or enhancements - including (but not limited to) acrylic, polygel, builder gel, Gel-X, dip powder, etc. If we determine that what is on your nails is one of the latter, we may need to reschedule your appointment or refer you to another salon for proper removal. Unsure on how to proceed? Just give us a call!

Cancellation Policy

At Haven we have a 12-hour cancellation or service downgrade policy in order to accommodate the high demand for appointments, align with our mission to provide fair and competitive wages for our team of talented nail artists, and keep our business up and running.

A cancellation or downgrade in service within 12-hours of your appointment time will be charged in full - this payment will be applied to future services and will be valid for 3 months past your original appointment date. 

A no-show or cancellation within 2-hours will be charged in full and will not be applied to future services.

For any COVID related cancellations please let us know this is the reasoning for the cancellation/no-show and your fee will be applied to future services. 

Running late? Just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we are only able to hold appointments for 15 minutes past the originally scheduled appointment time.

return policy

Haven Nail Studio accepts returns of eligible items within 7 days. All gift cards and electronic gift certificates are non-refundable.

For a product to be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any used beauty or personal care items. Instead, an account credit towards retail may be offered for future use. 

Once your product is received, the purchase price will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that any items purchased at a discount will be refunded at the discounted price.
