Need to get rid of existing gel on your hands or feet before your service?

Please add a Gel Removal to your appointment so we can safely and gently remove your existing gel polish. Please add a second Gel Removal service if you need both hands and feet. If a removal is not prebooked, we may be unable to complete your full service.

DISCLAIMER: We do not remove any artificial nails, overlays, or enhancements - including (but not limited to) acrylic, polygel, builder gel, Gel-X, dip powder, etc. If we determine that what is on your nails is one of the latter, we may need to reschedule your appointment or refer you to another salon for proper removal. Cancellation Policy

At Haven, we have a cancellation policy in place to accommodate the high demand for appointments, align with our mission to provide fair and competitive wages for our team of talented nail artists, and keep our business up and running.

A cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price. This payment can be applied to future services and is valid for 3 months past your original appointment date. 

A cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment time will be charged 75% of the service price, in addition to an 18% gratuity for the nail artist. This payment will not be applied to future services.

A no-show will be charged 100% of the service price, in addition to an 18% gratuity for the nail artist. This payment will not be applied to future services. Any client that no-shows more than once will no longer be able to book appointments with us.

Running late? Just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we are only able to hold appointments for 15 minutes past the originally scheduled appointment time.

Haven Nail Studio accepts returns of eligible items within 7 days. All gift cards and electronic gift certificates are non-refundable.

For a product to be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Once your product is received, the purchase price will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that any items purchased at a discount will be refunded at the discounted price.
