Safety at Haven

Practices we’ve had in place since our opening:

• Hospital-Grade Sanitation

  • All tools and implements are washed, disinfected with an EPA approved hospital-grade bactericidal, virucidal, and fungicidal. As a final step, they are then run through our hospital-grade autoclave (aka steam sterilizer).  

  • We clean + disinfect all service stations and other hard surfaces after every point of contact. 

  • Our team washes their hands between every client and wears hospital-grade Nitrile gloves for each service. 

• Our laundry is washed and dried at the highest level of heat - temperatures which are high enough to kill bacteria, fungus and common viruses.

• Hand-sanitizer is used on both our team and clients in every service. Hand-sanitizer is also available throughout the studio for use by everyone.   

• The studio is throughly cleaned each night in preparation for the next day’s services.

How you can help: 

If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last two weeks or are experiencing symptoms like a fever, cough or shortness of breath - we ask that you reschedule your appointment at least two weeks out.

• Symptom Free - We ask that all guests and team members arrive at Haven free of any symptoms be it; fever, cough or shortness of breath, etc. 

• Appointments Only - Only customers that have an appointment or are shopping will be allowed in the studio, as such no guests or children will be able to wait in the waiting area without an appointment. 

• BYO-Flip Flops - We also suggest bringing your own flip flops so that you can limit your time in the studio and leave without risking your long-awaiting pedi!
